Prakash Vhankade teaches courses in economics at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics. His research interests primarily lies in the Development Economics and agricultural economics. He got the patent for the work in agricultural marketing. He presented his work at various national and international conferences. He did his PhD from Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University. He loves discussions with students.
Apart from academic interests, he enjoys music, like to play guitar, cricket and yogasana.
